Today I bring you a recipe for peanut butter balls of goodness. I found this on Pinterest and wanted to recreate it immediately! Luckily I had all the ingredients on hand. The original recipe can be found here.
I did substitute and leave some things out, also I didn't really measure anything, just guesstimated. I think they turned out great and are nice to have for when you want something sweet or even for a quick breakfast on the go.
- Chocolate chips
- White Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Hemp Fiber Protein
Just pour it all in a bowl and mix it up like so
Then roll into balls and throw in the fridge for an hour or so.
And Ta-da!! Fast, easy AND delicious peanut butter balls!
You can add pretty much anything you like!! Coconut, nuts, dried bananas, craisins. What would you add in? The options are endless :)
